- Tenders are invited for Consulting Services to “Develop a model SMART Tourism based guide to Daun Penh Khan in Phnom Penh” The consultant will be required to undertake a structured urban tourism development planning process based on the principles of integrated quality management in the project area. Activities include but are not limited to: • Undertake consultation with the local stakeholder group formed in conjunction with the Sangkat Level Model Urban Tourism Plan activity and with the implementing consultants. • Conduct research to collate content for the digital guide and virtual trail - maps, images, content based on tourism potential, business engagement etc • Develop framework for the digital guide - proposed structure including clear identification of offline and online elements. • Concept for gamification element of the digital guide to create fun engagement of users. • Present Alpha and Beta versions of the web app/app. • Procure relevant hosting package. • Submission of final tested and approved version of digital guide The scope of work should also provide: • Design and production of 3 map/promotion panels to be mounted at agreed locations in conjunction with local administration. • Creation of QR codes for key locations (20), production of QR code panels, window stickers (fade resistant inks) • Design of 5 AO temporary panels utilizing images of then and now , and awareness raising content of virtual trail / app for use in launch event to be organized in conjunction with PMU/TA/PIU. • Short report detailing process and the features of the Digital guide and supporting powerpoint presentation in English and Khmer
