- Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for a qualified individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator to support the implementation of Social Protection and Employment-Related Public Expenditure Review (ESPER) in Cambodia, using the official ILO ESPER methodology to assess the extent to which public spending contributes to decent work outcomes. The consultant will work under the supervision of the ILO Social Protection Officer based in Cambodia, and in coordination with the regional Social Protection Specialist (Bangkok) and relevant staff from the Employment Department at ILO Headquarters (Geneva).Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
