- Expression of Interest are invited for Cambodia Health Equity Fund Phone Survey The objective of this consultancy is to collect high-quality household level panel data among HEF beneficiaries in Cambodia. This study will be a longitudinal household survey (panel dataset) collecting information on health service utilization and on OOP health expenditure over 3 rounds of data collection. The overall aim is to gain a better understanding of the temporal distribution of OOPE, health service utilization patterns, and forgone care of HEF-b and how these contribute to the financial protection gap observed in this population.
