Tenders are invited for Construction of School and Health Post at Krola, Ta Ngach, Kang Koy and Pou Trom Community at Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri Provinces A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 60.00 Bidders attention is drawn to Sub-Clause 6.3 of the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) on the Qualification requirements. Qualification requirements include: • Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work over the last 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022) shall be: Lot 1: USD 540,000.00 and Lot 2: USD 285,000.00 • Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) Contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works within the last 5 years: Lot 1: USD 270,000.00 and Lot 2: USD 142,500.00 • Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: Lot 1: USD 180,000.00 and Lot 2: USD 95,000.00
