Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Conduct End Project Evaluation. Consultancy-s Scope of Work The selected consultant/consultancy team will work directly with the Business Operations Advisor. The assignments that the consultant/consultancy team will undertake are: 1- Project literature being reviewed to gain full knowledge and scope of the project. 2- Drafting and finalizing the project evaluation methodology and tools for fieldworks in consultation with Peth Yoeung team. 3- Conduct fieldwork to visit panel hospitals/clinics in Phnom Penh, Battambang and Siem Reap to hold individual and group interviews with users to assess their skills and effective use of Peth Yoeung as their digitalization. 4- Conduct interviews with Peth Yoeung-s project staff and focal person of U.S Embassy in Phnom Penh representing for U.S Department of States. 5- Submit draft report of findings and present findings to Peth Yoeung executive team and to further get feedback for final reports. 6- Reviewing draft reports of findings and finalize it based on final feedbacks from Peth Yoeung executive team. 7- Submit final report before 25 March 2022.
