Tenders are invited for Consultancy for External Evaluation. Deadline: June 23, 2023. The Center for Alliance of Labor and Human Rights (CENTRAL) is a Cambodian nongovernmental organization. CENTRAL was registered as a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization in March 2015, following a strategic decision by the Community Legal Education Center to form a separate organization solely focused on promoting the rights of working people in Cambodia. CENTRAL receives core funding from Diakonia, Brot für die Welt, and Norwegian People-s Aid and project funding from Solidar Swiss Suit, the International Labor Rights Forum, Open Society Foundation, FHI360, DanChurch Aid (DCA), the European Union, American Jewish World Service, SAGE, Oxfam Cambodia, Clean Clothes Campaig, ILO - Ship to Shore Program and other small fund contributions. Strategic Plan Description Location: Cambodia and destination countries of Cambodian migrant workers Duration: 5 years (2019 - 2023) Mission: CENTRAL empowers Cambodian working people to demand transparent and accountable governance for labor and human rights through legal aid and appropriate means.
