Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service : Finance and Sub-Grant Management Senior Assistant Roles and responsibilities • Assist and support the FSMO in the following areas • Review partners' annual budget plans and provide feedback/comments. • Review and assess partners' financial reports. • Monitor, track, and analyze individual partners' actual expenses against the approved budget. • Quality assurance on BARs report from partner: and contact designated partners for all financial-related issues. • Coordinate the audit process and follow-up, including filing and archiving project documents; and arranging documents of the designated partner for project/program audits. • Conduct financial monitoring of designated partners, both partners- office and field. • Scan and file partners' financial documentation to the partners' folder. • Other duties • Support program in checking and disbursing per-diem to participants and other logistical arrangements. • Assist the FSMO in other tasks whenever needed.
