Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Set Up a Small-Scale Irrigation GIS and Deliver Training to 4 DMs, PDWRAM, and the Provincial Government 1 ArcGIS Software Installation nos 7 - License provide by us 2 Develop ArcGIS training manual day 25 - ArcGIS Manual 3 Preparation of training materials day 10 - Training materials: (1). Presentations, (2). Exercises for trai4 Training materials L.S 1 - 5 Main Training Lecture day 16 - 14days training 6 Two Assistances Training Lecture day 32 - 14days training 7 Perdiem allowance day 48 - 8 Transportation day 16 - 9 Training Venue day 14 - 10 Coffee break day 14 - 11 Reporting L.S 1 The consultant should deliver the following tasks: 1. March: Design GIS - training module material (handouts, presentations, exercises and facilitator notes) covering at minimum the following topics: 2. GIS operations 3. (participatory) data collection & integration, 4. Irrigation Infrastructure operation & maintenance planning & budgeting 5. work progress monitoring, reporting & decision-making 6. March: Finalise review training material, development of training schedule 7. March-April: Conduct of training & coaching of (field) exercises 8. April-May: Finalization and presentation of DM small-scale irrigation cases
