- Tenders are invited for Consultant for Baseline Study Direct Beneficiary: 225 Youths in Cyn-S Target Areas (40 Percent of Females at Least) Project Lifespan: 5-Year, fy24-fy28 Budget 3000 Usd, Vat Excluded, Maximum Type of Contract Consultation Services Baseline Start and End: January to the End of April 2024, with Final Report Submission Baseline Method: - Qualitative with Key Partners/Stakeholders - Quantitative 225 Samples (40 Percent of Females at Least) With Cyn Staff, Management, Urban, Rural Youth, and Communities within Cyn Mandates - Documents Reviews, including Relevant Secondary Data Applications Process: ● Interested candidates are requested to submit applications on 15th February, 2024, 5.00 pm as due. ● Applications should consist of 1.
