Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm “Developing Skills Framework for Textile and Apparel Industry in Cambodia” The rationale of the proposed study is the following: · Building the CGTI Organizational Chart Apparel Manufacturing Facility, development the Skills Framework the T&A Industry aligns Output 2 the SFESDP serves a cornerstone fostering more gender-inclusive approach skills development employment pathways within T&A industry. It provide valuable guide, ensuring easy access all stakeholders within skills ecosystem. Purpose of the assignment The goal this assignment to develop gender-responsive inclusive framework the T&A industry Cambodia. The specific objectives of this assignment are: 1. Develop sector employment information, career map, occupation job roles, and competencies description the T&A industry Cambodia. 2. Develop assessment tools training programmes listing align identified and competencies description. 3. Identify training providers developed training programmes propose recommendations training programme delivery. The consulting firm should be based and registered in Cambodia. The method of selecting the consulting firm will be aligned with the Consultants- Qualifications Selection (CQS) process of the ADB. The interested firms are to submit an amplified and detailed expression of interest (EOI) in reply to the advertisement which will be posted on ADB-s CSRN website, SDF channels, and a local advertising portal. A firm with the best-evaluated EOI will be requested for a combined submission of the technical and financial proposal, and subsequently, invited for negotiations. The firm will be engaged if the proposal meets the requirements, and the negotiations are successful.
