- Tenders are invited for Empowering Civil Society to Promote the Rights of Girls and Boys to Child Protection, Sexual Reproductive Health and Participation Project IFP reference number IFP-PNP/FY24/010 Issue of IFP 25 th April 2024 Deadline for submission of proposals 08 th May 2024 Plan reviews and evaluates proposals 9 th May 2024 Shortlisted consultant(s) to present their proposal 13th May 2024 Estimated date of award of contract(s) /POs 20 th May 2024 Mobilization/implementation period (duration of contract) 20th May 2024 to 28th September 2024 Interested parties/consultants are required to submit their Technical and Financial Proposal, inclusive of all required documents to Plan International Cambodia office at G13 Floor (G1309-G1312), GIA Tower, Sopheak Mongkul Street, Koh Pich City, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chomkamorn, Phnom Penh and must include the IFP reference number: IFP-PNP/FY24/010 - Final Evaluation New Generation Project. Offers must be received by the deadline. OR send by email, please write “Subject line” of your e-mail: [IFP-PNP/FY24/010] - [Consultant Name]. The offer and all correspondence and documents related to the tender must be written in English. Technical Proposal, Includes: · Detailed technical Proposal that demonstrate and respond to the ToR and include at least the sections as follow: · Proposed methodology; · Ethics and child safeguarding approaches, including any identified risks and associated mitigation strategies; · Proposed timelines; and · List and CV of the composed lead consultant and all consultant team members. · Submit at least two (02) example reports of previous work of similar final project evaluation. · Submit Police Certificates of Good Conduct of consultancy firm or lead consultant leader - especially where there is primary data collection.
