- Tenders are invited for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Test and Commissioning for E&M Equipment of Koh Norea Replacement Intake PPWSA intends to prequalify firms for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Test and Commissioning for E&M equipment of Koh Norea Replacement Intake. Equipment size corresponds to: - Equipment of Intake well for 438 MLD (grid removal, penstocks, instruments, etc.) - Pumping based on submersible pumps for 300 MLD - Piping of all types and accessories for operation and protection for 438 MLD - Electrical equipment for 3 MW from MV to VFD - Automatic control and SCADA Time for completion shall be 18 months. Applicants- eligibility will be assessed based on the following criteria: 1. Eligibility: eligible nationality, absence of conflicts of interest 2. Historical contract non-performance. 3. Financial capabilities: available financial means of 15 M US$, sufficient financial resources to meet current cash flow requirements, liquidity ratio ≥ 1.1 and indebtedness ratio ≤ 80% over past 5 years, minimum turnover of 9 M US$ 4. Experience: minimum 10 years experience, 3 similar contracts executed since 2011. 5. Personnel & equipment: ability to mobilize in-house personnel on site for project manager, installation manager and engineers for design of M&E and of automation 6. Environmental, social, health & safety: ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 certification or equivalent, acceptable in-house policies, 2 contracts in the last 5 years with major ESHS measures, in-house ESHS personnel Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by 06th December 2021 at no later than 14:00 local time, and be clearly marked “Application to Prequalify for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Test and Commissioning for E&M equipment of Koh Norea
