- Tenders are invited for Improve 2 Roads, 21.1 Km (Svay Rieng, Kratie, Tboung Khmum) To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible Bidders should: • Write to address below requesting for the Bidding Documents • Pay a non-refundable fee of US$ 300 (US Dollars Three Hundred) for each contract package. The method of payment is direct deposit of cash to the account below: Bank name: National Bank of Cambodia Account name: MRD: Rural Road Improvement Prj III Account No.: 000000017347. The Bidding Document can be picked up at the office of PMU/MRD upon submission of letterrequest from Bidder and proof of payment. 7. Bids must be delivered: • to the address below (electronic submission is not applicable) • on or before 20 February 2023 at 10:00 hours (local time) • Together with a Bid Security issued by a reputable bank in Cambodia with the amount as specified in the Bidding Documents.
