- Expression of Interest are invited for Independent Verification of the Status of Achievement of Disbursement-Linked Indicators under the Cambodia Nutrition Project. Publication Date: 14-Jan-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 27-Jan-2022 Assignment Description: This request for expression of interest is to carry out independent verification of achievement of disbursement-linked indicators (DLIs) claimed by the implementing agencies of Cambodia Nutrition Project (CNP) as an Independent Verification Agency. The implementing agencies include the Cambodian Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Committee for Sub-national Democratic Development Secretariat (NCDDS) of Cambodian Ministry of Interior. The number of DLIs under CNP total eleven with different sets of yearly sub-targets subject to semi-annual achievement and verification when achieved and claimed. Among the eleven DLIs, MOH is responsible for eight and NCDDS for three. The process of the independent verification of DLIs is guided by the DLI Operational Manuals (OM) for MOH and NCDDS which elaborates the verification protocol and procedures for each indicator and target. The anticipated duration of the consultancy is approximately 20 months and will cover five rounds of verification
