• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Kamping Pouy Link Canal and Reservoir Embankment. 1. The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project (IAIP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contracts named hereunder. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 2. The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) of the Kingdom of Cambodia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the MOWRAM/KPY-CW01-Package I: Kamping Pouy Link Canal and Reservoir Embankment (“the Works”). 3. Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB-s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: • The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of US$1.01 million. • Minimum average construction annual turnover of US$8.09 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years. • Bidders are required to have satisfactory experience as a contractor, Joint venture partner, or subcontractor in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds US$6.48 million. The similarity of the Bidder-s participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6.
