• Tenders are invited for Provide Artificial Cattle Breeding Services As part of the Agro-project of Agricultural and Veterinary Without Borders (AVSF) looking for private farm companies, agricultural communities or Individuals who can provide artificial breeding services for farmers to benefit from projects in the above target areas. The criteria for this provider are described below: Criteria for artificial cattle breeding service providers Community farming companies, groups or individuals are eligible to participate in the bidding process. However, the service provider must meet the following criteria: · Have a patent registration for their farm or business legal or have received a registration certificate from a government ministry or institution that is Officially recognized (if any) · Prepare the bidding documents properly according to the instructions stated in the declaration · Has good quality and sufficient cow sperm for supply and service · Provide adequate technical support to livestock farmers (beneficiaries) and project staff · Ability to provide services to target communities · Experienced in artificial cow breeding service · Good cooperation with projects and livestock farmers · Complete and submit the bidding form, and include information on bidding. Submission Requirements Documents to be attached to the bid application · Farm patent or certificate of registration with the relevant ministry or institution (if any) · Letter showing experience in artificial cow breeding · Photos of cattle farms (if any) · Documents showing tax registration with the General Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (if any) · Other relevant documents (if any). Bidding documents and bids provided must be signed and sealed in the correct envelope and sent to the project office. Please note that Agro Project of Agricultural and Veterinary Without Borders (AVSF) Cambodia will not select any bids. Failure to complete or follow the guidelines provided above: Bidding will be arranged By the Procurement Committee at the Acro Project Office, Battambang Province, as mentioned above. Deadline for applications is April 05, 2023 and ends April 21, 2023 at 5:00 PM. In the evening, however, interested bidders are encouraged to apply before this deadline.
