- Tenders are invited for Renovation of 8 Labs in 4 Provinces (Battambang, Pursat, Kampong Speu and Kampong Chhnang). • Average Annual Construction Turnover The average annual volume of construction work of the successful bidder over the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022) shall be at least: Lot 1: USD 317,000.00 • Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least 2 Contracts experience for works of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the Works with value of at least as shown below, within the last 5 years and which have been successfully and completed: Lot 1: USD 127,000.00 • Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets (measured in terms of cash in bank and/or credit facilities) of the successful bidder shall be: Lot 1: USD 79,000.00
