- Building on the CRPD, the Incheon Strategy is the Asia Pacific region-s first set of disability-specific development goals to track progress towards the fulfilment of rights of persons with disabilities to “Make the Right Real” for Persons with Disabilities. It provides a set of 10 disability-specific development goals, supported by 27 targets and 62 indicators. In addition to social protection, the strategy covers poverty reduction, employment generation, political participation, ensuring accessibility in comprehensive terms, early intervention, education, and disability-inclusive disaster risk reduction.
