- Tenders are invited for Service Provider to Support the National Social Security Fund on Producing the 2023 Annual Report and Statistical Book The service provider is expected to undertake the following tasks, or to propose better fitting approach: 1. To carry out a Needs Assessment workshop with the Statistics Division to identify: (i) the internal objectives of the Division, (ii) the current capacity development need in data collection and manipulation, (iii) the current capacity in data analysis. 2. To plan and deliver a hands-on Training on data collection and statistics, based on the principle of learning-by- doing and the use of software. 3. To plan and carry-out the update of the NSSF 2023 Annual Report. This shall be done by leading and guiding the Statistics Division. The improved draft of the report must include the qualitative revision of the current structure and content, and the addition of further sections based on international social security report standards (e.g., Financial Statements of Assets and Operations, Inspection, Service Quality (customer care, claims processing, conflicts resolution), Gender Focus) 4. To identify additional solutions and opportunities in terms of: 5. Further capacity development of the NSSF staff 6. Data-sharing and cooperation with other NSSF departments 7. Further improvements for the 2024 Annual Report 8. Developing a standalone Statistical Book on Social Security 9. To support NSSF in presenting the improved draft of the annual report to NSSF management
