- Expression of Interest are invited for Social Land Concession Site Preparation for Poay Char Community The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Social Land Concession Site Preparation for Poay Char Community in Poay Char Commune, Phnom Srok District, Banteay Meanchey Province. The construction period is six (6) months. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 60.00 Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures outlined in the Government-s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs. This invitation is open to all qualified bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document Qualification requirements include: Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work over the last 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022) shall be: USD 361,000.00. Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) Contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works within the last 5 years: USD 180,500.00 per contract. Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: USD 180,500.00.
