The document will be sent by registered airmail at an additional cost of US$40, but PPWSA will not be held responsible for late delivery or loss of the documents mailed. 5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement-s Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Goods. 6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 14:30 (local time) on 20 June 2024 and must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount of 80,000 USD (Eighty Thousand US Dollars).
