- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Road Condition Survey Equipment.
1. The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a loan from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Road Network Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Joan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (the "Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Road Condition Survey Equipment.
3. National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB-s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document
4. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding:
• Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two (2) contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding three (3) years of not less than 50 percent of the bid price in each contract
• Bidder has completed contracts in the total cumulative amount equal to at least two (2) times the value of the bid price in the preceding two (2) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset and/or credit facilities net of the other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be at least 50 percent of the bid price.
The qualification criteria are more completely described in the Bidding Document.

8. Deliver your bid:
• to the address above
• on or before the deadline: 25 February 2021, 15:00 hours (Local Time)
• together with the Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Documents.
Late bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders` representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above on 25 February 2021 at 15:00 hours local time.
9. The RGC and the ADB will respectively declare a firm ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract funded by the RGC and/or ADB, if they at any time determine that the firm has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent, coercive, collusive or obstructive practices in completing or in executing a contract.
