Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Technical Support for Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) Risk Management 1.2 ERW risk management approach CAPRED has been active to leverage private investment in basic infrastructure such as clean water and electricity supply in the rural areas of Cambodia. The construction of infrastructure requires excavation to install the pipe network and electricity poles. Given that Cambodia experienced war over many decades, there will be a residual risk of explosive remnants of war (ERW). CAPRED has adopted the Australian funded Investing in Infrastructure (3i) program-s ERW risk management approach which already proved to be effective in managing the ERW risks for 100 clean water and electricity projects between 2015 and 2022.
