Tenders are invited for Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Bidding Samari Tanperson intends to enter into a contract with a legally recognized supplier (company) to supply, maintain and repair Vehicles 2. Scheduled Preventive Maintenance: a. The selected company will develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for our fleet, adhering to manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. b. The schedule should cover essential maintenance tasks such as engine tune-ups, brake inspections, transmission servicing, and other required checks to prolong vehicle lifespan and minimize costly repairs. 3. Emergency Roadside Assistance: a. The selected company should provide 24/7 emergency roadside assistance to our vehicles throughout the country. b. Prompt response times and a well-equipped fleet of service vehicles are expected to ensure rapid recovery, tire changes, jump-starts, lockout assistance, and minor repairs to keep our drivers safe and mobile. The selected company will be responsible for procuring, stocking, and managing a comprehensive inventory of genuine and high-quality spare parts. b. Efficient inventory management systems and practices are required to ensure the availability of critical parts, reducing vehicle downtime and increasing service efficiency. 5. Technical Expertise and Qualified Staff: a. The company should demonstrate a team of qualified technicians with expertise in vehicle servicing and repairs. b. The technicians must possess relevant certifications, experience, and ongoing training to stay up-to-date with evolving automotive technologies and industry standards. c. The contractor should have a robust quality assurance program in place to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
